fsyncDATA · a MinervaDB Company

Privacy policy

This privacy policy covers the website fsyncdata.io only. The Circle’s own data handling, which is stricter, is a charter matter enforceable by the members council and is described on the members council page.

01

Who we are

This website is operated by MinervaDB Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #9718, Covina, CA 91723, United States, on behalf of its India-domiciled business, fsyncDATA (a working name; entity registration in progress). Contact: shiv@minervadb.com, subject line “fsyncDATA Circle”.

02

What we collect

The invitation and nomination form collects the name, email address, role, city and message you enter, and, if you choose to give it, your company and the details of a person you nominate. Submissions are emailed to the Circle secretariat and stored in this site’s database for the purpose of considering the request. Nothing entered on the form is added to any marketing list or shared with the commercial teams of fsyncDATA, MinervaDB or ChistaDATA.

The hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operation. This site does not run advertising, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, and sets no cookies other than those WordPress requires to operate (for example, when a logged-in administrator edits the site).

03

Legal basis and retention

We process form submissions on the basis of your request to be considered for, or to ask about, the Circle. Submissions are retained until the founding cohort is closed or the request is resolved, whichever is later, and then deleted, unless you become a member, in which case your details move to the Circle’s own systems under the charter. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for its standard period and then discarded.

04

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw a request at any time by writing to the address above. Residents of India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR; residents of California have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We honour all of them and we do not sell personal information.

05

Transfers

The site is hosted on infrastructure that may be located outside India. Form submissions are received by the secretariat in India. Where personal data is transferred across borders it is protected by the hosting provider’s standard contractual safeguards.

06

Changes

This policy may be updated as the Circle’s entity and domain registrations complete. The date of the last change is shown below. Last updated: 18 September 2026.
